		<description><![CDATA[<p>Everyone dreads those dark winter mornings when you wake up so zonked that even hitting the snooze button makes you tired. "Because your core temperature is at its lowest, physical performance is worst in the morning, especially when it's cold," says Michael Deschenes, Ph.D., a professor of kinesiology at the College of William &amp; Mary. "When your muscles are cool, they don't generate as much force and are more susceptible to strain and injury."</p>
<p>Whether you're a committed early exerciser or not, it's worth it to <a href="http://www.prevention.com/cda/channelpage.do?channel=fitness&amp;cm_mmc=MSN-_-Wake%20Up%20Workout-_-Article-_-PVN%20Fitness%20channel" target="_blank">get up and get moving</a> because it will make mornings easier. "As your core temperature rises, hormones and endorphins are released, making your limbs feel looser and improving your mood," says Deschenes. That's why we asked Juel Bedford-Rossi, a fitness instructor and wellness consultant in New York City, to create this extragentle routine to energize you-even when all you want is to stay warm and cozy all day.</p>
<p><strong>Workout basics</strong></p>
<p>These exercises emphasize light stretching and toning, ideal for mornings when you feel groggy. The workout takes about 15 to 20 minutes and requires a book, bath towel, and washcloth.</p>
<p><strong>Upper-Body Fan</strong></p>
<p><em>Warms torso and facilitates breathing by opening shoulders and upper chest.</em></p>
<p><strong>A.</strong> While lying on back with arms outstretched to sides and palms up, bring knees up and roll them to right side. Turn head to left. Try to keep both shoulders touching bed.</p>

<p>Remove pillow and start by lying faceup. Bend knees and plant feet on bed. Press palms into mattress near hips. </p>
<p>Tighten abs and lift both shoulder blades off bed. </p>
<p>Hold for a complete breath, then lower. Repeat 10 to 15 times. (If your mattress is soft, do this move on the floor.)</p>

<p>Pull knees in toward torso, pressing heels together, toes apart.</p>
<p><strong>B.</strong> With heels still touching, straighten knees and extend legs straight into the air, pressing inner thighs firmly together. </p>
<p>Pause. Bend knees back toward chest. </p>
<p>Repeat 10 times slowly.</p>

<p>Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes forward. </p>
<p>Extend arms in front, holding your clothes for the day. </p>
<p>With weight on heels, sit back and down as if sitting in a chair. (Don't extend knees beyond toes.) </p>
<p>In this position, slowly set out an article of clothing. </p>
<p>Return to standing and repeat until you've laid all your clothes on bed.</p>
<p><strong>Big Book Swing</strong></p>
<p><em>Tones and strengthens arms, legs, and torso. (Omit if you have lower-back problems.)</em></p>
<p><strong>A.</strong> With legs apart and knees slightly bent, press a dictionary-size book between palms. Straighten arms and lower book to outer left ankle.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<div>I had the busiest but best weekend for long this last weekend..<br /><br />I arrived in Ireland on Thursday night, stayed at the hotel the whole friday writing thesis [while everybody else went shopping, why should one be in Dublin if not to shop..]<br />On Saturday we had an amazing conferense; World Team School of N-Europe. It was different from everything else. Usually when we have an international Herbalife training, it is at least 10.000 people but this time it was only 1500. So much more personal and the venue was quite small so we had the change to talk to anyone, no matter if they were world team or pres team..<br /><br />Geri Cvintanovich was the guest of honor. She&#39;s the first supervisor of Herbalife, been with the company for almost 28 years now. She was amazing, gave the history of Herbalife in the way I could feel what she&#39;s been through, she&#39;s a total winner and now a Founder&#39;s cyrcle member!!<br /><br />This was a revolutionizing event and I made some remarkable decitions for my continuing success whitin the company. <br />And even though I went there, I finished my thesis on time so I&#39;m happy that I decided to go there [even though I didn&#39;t get the change of seeing Dublin]<br /><br />-I might be going to the Netherlands to see how to do some real busienss!! :)<br /><br /></div>]]></description>

My life was a bit &quot;caozic&quot; since I got back from Istanbul; I was moving, doing AIESEC work, shool had already started, doing Herbalife work and starting my thesis [in this order]<br /><br />I had so lost my priorities and have been in a identy dilemma, kind of..<br />But now things are coming together... 		<description><![CDATA[<br /><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma">Even though the day is getting shorter here and it&#39;s just been raining and all grey.. Then I don&#39;t feel like talking about that..<br /><br />I should rather be telling you about all the exciting projects I have in school. Since I came in late from Istanbul, I already missed 2 weeks of school and that counted heavily in one course so the teacher wanted me out of it and into some special assignment..<br />I think it&#39;s something very exciting, specially since I&#39;m all into this internationalization.. We&#39;re 5 Icelandic students working on something, that I will know more about after our meeting tomorrow. And in November there&#39;ll be a group of students coming from the Nordic countries and Estonia working with us in groups for a week. <br />This will be something about the financial market and investments and we&#39;re all gonna present it in the end..<br />Cool ha?<br /><br />And another course we&#39;re having, Marketing communication &amp; Design, is about business students coming up with some business idea related to the &quot;Icelandic invation&quot;. 		<title><![CDATA[sweet sweet Istanbul!]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[<span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma"><div align="justify"><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma"><br />ok well I don&#39;t quite know how sweet Istanbul is since I only went into the city twice, in a group with a bus..<br /><br />But what I know is that I love the whole concept of this International Conference of AIESEC. We were around 1000 young people, from more than 100 countries,&nbsp;living together at an University campus for 10 days. The agenda was a tight one, started at 9 am and run until midnight; sessions, meetings and discussions. And after that was party every night, hosted by different group of countries with different themes every time, e.g. Pirates, drag, Africano, Wild Wild West, beach, Turkish and glamour.. <em>I have sooo many photos..<img src="/js/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-tongue-out.gif" border="0" alt="Ullandi" title="Ullandi" width="18" height="18" /><br /></em></span></p><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma"><br /><br />&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma">It was so amazing, building this network of friends from all over, getting to know totally different reality from what I&rsquo;m used to here in Iceland. It really affected me.. </span><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: Tahoma">One day there was a guy in one of the sessions sharing his experience of being HIV positive, just imagine that, it&rsquo;s horrible.
